Facilisgroup (PPAI 493664), an industry provider of a software-as-a-service-based (SaaS) platform for distributors, recently held two New Partner events at its St. Louis, Missouri, headquarters.

On February 24-25 and March 10-11, Facilisgroup welcomed 15 new partners to participate in the events, the first to be held in-person since January 2020. Attendees were all recent adopters of Facilisgroup’s business solutions and this was their first introduction to the community aspects of the organization.

“It’s so inspiring to see a group of like-minded strangers come together and quickly realize that they can plug into each other’s knowledge, strategy, challenges and efficiencies,” says Susan Kill, vice president of customer success and retention. “It’s so rewarding to hear our attendees say that they finally feel like somebody’s got their back.”

The two-day events allowed partners the opportunity to meet face-to-face with the Facilisgroup support team and receive product training on the benefits and opportunities available within the platform. Additionally, attendees had the opportunity to bond further over dinner, and all were treated to a “Taste of St. Louis” goody bag featuring local favorites such as Fitz’s Root Beer, Bissinger’s Chocolate and Gooey Butter cookies.

Along with the events, Facilisgroup’s community engagement includes small group cohort sessions, Facebook groups and additional in-person partner events and other opportunities to connect.

Kill adds, “Facilisgroup may provide the conduit for this community, but nobody knows this
business quite like our partners.”
