  • Bill currently serves as the company’s COO and Sharon is the CEO.
  • Their retirement will take effect June 28.

“Sharon and I are humbled by the friendships and memories the promotional products industry has given us,” Bill Miller says. “As we embark on this new adventure called retirement, we carry with us the lessons learned, the bonds forged and the legacy of BCG. Cheers to the past and the exciting future ahead.”

A Family Legacy

Now a known name in the promo world, Bill Miller founded BCG Creations in 1981, and brought Sharon, who was a nurse at the time, on board to help him make his vision a reality.

  • In a pre- and post-e-commerce landscape, the couple would build up the supplier’s reputation and relationships through their commitment and belief in its place in the industry.
  • The Millers traveled on the road across Canada and the United States to industry events for years, working as a team to grow the business.

“As we close this chapter of our lives in the promotional products industry, Bill and I are filled with gratitude for the experiences shared, the friendships made and the growth we've witnessed,” Sharon Miller says. “Retirement may mark the end of an era, but it also marks the beginning of a new journey, filled with cherished memories and endless possibilities.”

  • The couple will continue in a distant role with the company as shareholders.
  • Bill and Sharon’s son, Zack, will continue with BCG Creations as the company’s general manager.

“Watching my parents build BCG from the ground up has been an inspiration,” Zack Miller says. “Their dedication, resilience and unwavering commitment have laid the foundation for our family's legacy in the industry. As I step further into a leadership role, I am honored to continue their vision and carry forward the BCG legacy they worked so tirelessly to create.”

Chris Anderson, HPG’s CEO, has worked with the Millers, and he says that HPG inherited their positive characteristics upon acquiring BCG Creations.

“The Miller's passion, dedication and unwavering commitment have been instrumental in shaping BCG's success,” Anderson says. “While we bid farewell to two industry icons, we also celebrate their remarkable legacy and the enduring spirit they've instilled within our company. We wish them all the best in their well-deserved retirement.”
