The PPAI Expo – the longest-running and largest trade show in the promotional products industry – will be even bigger and better for its 21st year at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas.

The PPAI Expo 2024 trade floor, which covers roughly 1 million square feet in scope, is on pace for 2,500 booths and 1,000 exhibiting companies, up from 900 exhibitors last year.

“The floorplan was increased in size to accommodate the fact that there are already more booths assigned to the floor [as of October] than there were total at The PPAI Expo 2023, and many suppliers have increased the size of their space to offer new exhibits and experiences,” says Ashley Van Der Stuyf, PPAI’s associate show manager.

More than 10,000 distributors are also expected to attend and take advantage of educational sessions, networking opportunities and of course, the Product Pavilions.

  • If last year’s event is any indication, there will be more than 350,000 products available at The PPAI Expo 2024. If you’re looking for the latest in sustainable, made-in-the-USA or first-time exhibitor products, you’ll find them all in one place at the Product Pavilions.

‘Feeling The Pulse Of The Industry’

PPAI is excited to announce that 47 of the 50 suppliers in this year’s inaugural PPAI 100 list will be present and exhibiting on the trade floor at The PPAI Expo 2024.

  • That equates to 94% of the PPAI 100 suppliers list exhibiting at The PPAI Expo 2024.
  • 100% of the top 25 suppliers from the PPAI 100 will be exhibiting.

Meanwhile, 90% of the PPAI 100 distributors will also be in attendance, eager to connect with industry peers and establish new business relationships.

“We look forward to feeling the pulse of the industry, seeing product innovation and just networking,” says Debbie Abergel, chief strategy officer at Los Angeles-based Nadel (PPAI 107145, D12) – ranked the No. 10 distributor in this year’s PPAI 100.

Memories To Last A Lifetime

“PPAI’s primary goal of the trade show is to provide each attendee the opportunity to have a memorable experience that will connect and inspire them,” says Ellen Tucker, CAE, MAS, vice president of revenue and expositions at PPAI.

“From hearing dynamic speakers to participating in invaluable networking opportunities and from engaging with peers and products on the show floor to enjoying a pop-up experience, we know The PPAI Expo will provide a lasting impression that fuels business relationships and growth.”

However, it’s not just The PPAI Expo that’s bigger and better – the “Entertainment Capital of the World” has upped the ante, too.

One block east of The Strip, the MSG Sphere – the largest spherical structure in the world at 336 feet tall and 516 feet wide – is finally open for business.

  • Boasting a 580,000-square-foot exterior LED display, the innovative entertainment venue will be hosting Academy Award-nominated director Darren Aronofsky’s “Postcard from Earth” on a screen the size of four football fields.
