Randy Conley Launches New Distributor Consulting Service

Promo industry veteran Randy Conley has launched Promo Consulting (PPAI 824358) along with a website that outlines the services offered to distributors in North America.

  • After 40 years in the promo industry, Conley says he’s at the giving-back stage of his career and his desire to share his knowledge and help others be successful is the genesis behind the new venture.
  • Distributors will receive a personalized strategic focus that enables rapid growth and increased profitability while simultaneously enhancing the value of their business. Additional services include a fractional CFO offering and assistance with selling a distributorship when the time comes.
  • Conley founded his own distributorship early in his career and recently spent more than 12 years as vice president of new business development at Facilisgroup where he collaborated with some of the industry’s largest and most successful distributorships.

“Helping distributors find that next level of success and seeing them build a rapidly growing business that will deliver them the retirement of their dreams is very rewarding,” he says. “As distributors grow, they face new challenges and often plateau. Promo Consulting helps them navigate these challenges and continue to grow the right way, which includes more scalability, profitability and, of course, really drives the value of their business up and prepares them for exit.”
