Angel Flight Soars Gets An Early Holiday Gift From GAPPP

During Georgia Association of Promotional Products Professionals’ holiday party on December 6 at Maggiano’s Little Italy in Dunwoody, Georgia, members held a raffle and raised more than $1,700 to benefit Angel Flight Soars.

  • The 501(c)3 nonprofit arranges free air transportation for people in Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee and the Carolinas who need to travel to receive lifesaving medical treatment, but do not have the resources to do so on their own.
  • Over the course of the evening, a total of $1,265 in raffle tickets were sold for prizes such as restaurant certificates, bi-plane flights over Atlanta, fine wines and more. GAPPP’s philanthropy committee added an additional $500, bringing the total donation to $1,765.
  • This is the third year that GAPPP’s holiday event has benefitted Angel Flight Soars.
