Vantage Apparel Announces Julie Crawley as New Regional Territory Manager for New England

Avenel, New Jersey-based Vantage Apparel (PPAI 113235, S10) – ranked the No. 17 supplier in this year’s PPAI 100 – has named Julie Crawley as the its new regional territory manager for New England, including Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island and northeastern New York.

Crawley, a Drexel University graduate with a master's degree in Fashion Design started her career as a designer at Eagles Eye in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. She later moved back to New England, gaining extensive experience in merchandising, technical design, and product development with several prominent companies.

  • Beyond her industry roles, Crawley has also served as an adjunct professor, teaching Fashion & Retail Management across various colleges in the Boston area.

Vantage sees her blend of practical and academic expertise as a valuable addition to its team, noting that her understanding of the apparel life cycle, from design and manufacturing to merchandising and marketing, equips her with a unique perspective on creating products that not only meet market demands but also help build strong brand identities.

  • In her new role at Vantage Apparel, Crawley will apply her extensive product knowledge to help clients make well-informed decisions, and her education background will be a significant asset in her interactions with clients.

Outside of her professional life, Crawley is a passionate animal lover, living on a farm in central Massachusetts with her husband, their four dogs and other pets. She enjoys a variety of outdoor activities and sports, including golf and soccer, and serves as a wine consultant for Scout & Cellar.

Logomark Adopts Fourth Service Dog; Announces Winners In Naming Contest

Logomark (PPAI 110898, S11) – ranked the No. 19 supplier in this year’s PPAI 100 – has adopted a fourth service dog, an eight-month-old male Labrador Retriever mix, through its support of Shelter to Soldier, a non-profit organization that adopts dogs from rescues and shelters. The dogs are then trained to become psychiatric service dogs for veterans suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Military Sexual Trauma (MST) or other psychological injuries associated with traumatic service experiences.

  • To celebrate the adoption, Logomark conducted a naming contest and, after receiving hundreds of entries, the executive team selected the dog’s winning name: Max. The name was submitted by Kevin Powers with Idegy, Inc. who wins a Perka Kempton 40-ounce double wall, stainless steel travel mug and an iCool Pinecrest 20-can cooler. Runner up Theresa Jimenez with Ward Promotional Marketing Solutions submitted the same name 25 minutes later and has won a Perka Kempton 40-ounce travel mug.
