In the 10 months since PPAI launched Promo Connect, a knowledge community for the promotional products industry, the online platform’s user base has grown at a rapid pace. Recently, Promo Connect welcomed its 5,000th user, Staci Whittington of distributor Graphtech. In recognition of the milestone, PPAI awarded Whittington $250 in online education credit.

The Association’s objective for Promo Connect is to cultivate a place where participants can grow professionally through engagement around meaningful industry topics, and to provide a platform for industry peers to discuss the strengths, challenges and opportunities for the promotional products industry. This includes providing collective intelligence and strategic foresight, which PPAI believes will help the industry stay abreast of possible or current disrupters in the marketplace.
