Proforma (PPAI 196835, D13), the No. 5 distributor in the inaugural PPAI 100 rankings, has made a change to its sales leadership team. Evan Gall has been promoted to the position of vice president of sales.

  • Gall joined Proforma in 2021, initially filling the role of success coach.
  • Prior to joining Proforma, Gall worked in sales at promo companies such as Pop Tops Co. and Driving Impressions.

Elevating Sales Leadership

It was a quick ascent for Gall, who only joined the Ohio-based distributor two years ago as a success coach, which, at the time, was part of a new program within the company. In total, he brings 16 years of industry experience to the position.

In his new role as vice president of sales, Gall’s responsibilities and expectations will include:

  • Steering Proforma’s sales strategies
  • Cultivate valuable client relationships
  • Foster growth opportunities for the organization and its partners

Gall says that this new elevated role will be a continuation of the work he has done within Proforma already, while allowing him to have an eye for the future.

“I’m excited to continue supporting our distributor owners and empower them to be successful,” says Gall. “The addition of our Success Coaching program in 2021 has been instrumental in propelling the Proforma distributor owners from a sales and operational perspective – and we have big plans for the future.”
