Following a successful fall 2022 debut, PPAI’s Promotional Products Work Expo returned Tuesday, bringing promotional merchandise professionals with their end-buyer clients to explore the world of promo together.

As a premier virtual event, PPW Expo builds on the strides made by PPAI’s Promotional Products Work program to educate end buyers on the power and effectiveness of promotional merchandise and the value industry distributors bring them as their creative partners.

“PPW Expo offers buyers the chance to get a bigger perspective on promo,” says Lindsey Davis, MAS, PPAI’s director of business development. “They can see products they may have thought of or ideas that might work for them. And they can explore at their own pace – to make the most of the event as it applies to their own goals.”

The education at PPW Expo included a “main stage” where several key trends impacting the promo market today were examined, in addition to the “product pavilion,” which brought valuable buyer data to distributors.

“There is no online buyer event like this where distributors get leads and suppliers get leads,” Davis says. “And what we do with education built into [the event], that’s completely unique to us.”

The PPW Expo is an entity that is evolving in real time. With two successful virtual events in the books, you can expect PPW Expo to be back again this fall, building off its victories, adapting based on feedback and integrating new innovative ideas the Promotional Products Work! team wants to manifest.
