Superior customer service is the backbone of every successful company and recognizing those who go above and beyond to satisfy customers is the goal behind PPB’s annual Service Superhero program.

This year, 15 individuals were selected from 74 nominees based on nominations from their peers, customers, vendors and coworkers. Nominators not only provided details about the nominees’ experiences and abilities but shared specific examples about their superior service.

“The promotional products industry is filled with people who truly take pride in making customer service a memorable experience,” says PPB Editor Tina Berres Filipski. “There were so many outstanding examples about those who go the extra mile with their customers—both external and internal—every day. Their stories were quite impressive and say so much about the strong and trusting relationships that are built within the promotional products industry.”

PPB has run its Service Superheroes recognition program since 2011 and in those years the magazine has spotlighted 86 individuals for their outstanding customer service skills.

PPB congratulates the following honorees. Read more about them and what makes their service so exceptional in PPB’s December issue.
