Several resources are available for attendees and exhibitors in advance of next week’s PPAI Expo Direct-2-You to make the best of their show experience. The PPAI Expo Direct-2-You will be held virtually January 11-14, providing the focused education and thought leadership, networking opportunities, business meetings and product discovery the industry has come to expect from PPAI, but with a contemporary twist. For distributors:

On Wednesday, January 6 at 11 am CT, PPAI Director of Business Development and Expositions Ellen Tucker, CAE, will be joining PromoCorner’s Industry Insider Podcast. The conversation will be live on the PromoCorner Facebook page and can be found afterwards in PromoJournal at PromoCorner.com.

Also on Wednesday, PPAI is presenting a Distributor Sneak Peek webinar at 1–2 pm CT where Tucker will take distributors on a guided tour through the PPAI Expo Direct-2-You platform and share how-tos, tips and tricks for the best show experience. The webinar will provide information on navigating the platform, exhibitor search tools and more. Available via Zoom, the session is free to all to attend and does not require registration. The password to log-in is ExpoD2U. Afterwards, the webinar will also be available on-demand at onlineeducation.ppai.org.

On Wednesday at 3 pm CT, Tucker will join SNUGZ USA Vice President of Sales and past PPAI Board Chair Brittany David, MAS, and Advocates for the Industry co-founder Jeff Solomon on Facebook for a live discussion on PPAI Expo Direct-2-You. It is an opportunity for industry members to have their questions answered and addressed live. The FPT SuccessFit Group page—soon to be renamed AI: Advocates for the Industry—will host this conversation. Post questions on the group page.

For exhibitors:

On Thursday, January 7 from 9–10 am CT, and on Friday, January 8, from noon to 1 pm CT, PPAI Expo Direct-2-You exhibitors can join Zoom calls with Tucker to learn the details about working their virtual booths. The new show format calls for new tips and tricks, new booth strategies and new attendee engagement techniques. Learn the ins and outs of the platform and ask questions during either of these live sessions. Recordings of the sessions will be available on-demand for later viewing at onlineeducation.ppai.org.
