Massachusetts-based supplier HPG (PPAI 110772, S11) has hired Jenna Quaranta as director of sales training and development, effective December 11.

  • Quaranta will bring her Field Training Academy for Sales Professionals program to the position.
  • She is a nearly 15-year veteran of the promo industry.
  • HPG ranked No. 8 on the inaugural PPAI 100 list.

Quaranta’s Promo Pedigree

Quaranta’s promo career began in 2010 at alphabroder, where she spent just under 10 years.

  • She started as an inside sales associate at the Pennsylvania-based supplier.
  • By 2017, she was promoted to senior outside sales consultant.

In 2019, Quaranta moved to DSG International, where she spearheaded multiple initiatives at the distributor.

  • Her official title was vice president of marketing and business development.
  • She also served the California-based distributor as vice president of marketing for DSG Medical Supplies, which aimed to provide an easy way for organizations to purchase high-quality medical equipment and supplies from manufacturers.
  • She would also co-found FITS uniform solution powered by DSG360, a corporate apparel arm of the company.

Following her time at DSG International, Quaranta spent two and a half years at KNOSS Apparel.

  • She served as the vice president of sales & business innovation at the California-based supplier.

Aside from her role at KNOSS Apparel, Quaranta also developed her own Six-Week Tactical Sales Academy, a field training program that teaches tools and techniques for sales professionals.

HPG Gets More Than An Employee.

Quaranta’s official title at HPG will be director of sales training and development, but the company is also planning to feature her Field Training Academy for Sales Professionals and incorporate its training agenda and rebrand it as “powered by HPG.”

  • Starting in January, Quaranta will begin instructing the HPG sales force on her program, getting their skill sets up to speed with her field training.
  • Eventually, she says, the company will open up her six-week program up to other companies, helping their sales reps sell more promo.

“My passion is transforming lives and making sales reps better,” Quaranta says. “HPG has given me an opportunity to do this.”

This follows a number of news-worthy hires at HPG in 2023, including:

“I am humbled and delighted by the amount of talent we have on the HPG sales team,” says Trina Bicknell, CRO at HPG. “Being able to attract such skilled and well-respected people as Jenna demonstrates HPG is building something special.”

Quaranta is excited to take her sales training skill set to another level with the support of HPG.

“I am eager to contribute my tactical skill set in sales development and coaching to further elevate the company’s trajectory,” says Quaranta. “HPG‘s dynamic leadership fueled my decision. I’m eager to learn from my HPG colleagues and continue my mission of positively impacting our industry.”
