Hub Pen’s Colleen Bibby Receives SAAGNY’s Customer Service Rep Of The Year Award
Hub Pen Company’s (UPIC: HUBPEN) Colleen Bibby was awarded the Specialty Advertising Association of Greater New York’s (SAAGNY) Customer Service Representative of the Year Award. Bibby has been with Hub Pen for three years providing customer service for the company’s customers in New York State and Hawaii.
“It’s an honor,” says Bibby. “I’ve had a good rapport with my customers and feel I’ve always been able to make it work, but I wasn’t expecting this.”
The award was presented to Bibby at SAAGNY’s 60th Anniversary Celebration held at the Glen Island Harbour Club in New Rochelle, New York. Bibby was nominated by distributor members of SAAGNY for consistently providing superior customer service and reliability; working respectfully and diligently to resolve problems; and providing an example of integrity and professionalism for both Hub Pen and the promotional products industry.
