Cap America (PPAI 111597, S10) – ranked the No. 11 supplier in the inaugural PPAI 100 – has announced the promotion of Gerald Pinkley to vice president of compliance, a new position at the Fredericktown, Missouri-based company.

Working alongside other executive team members, Pinkley will spearhead initiatives that further drive the firm’s sustainability and compliance agenda.

Pinkley’s Impact

Since joining Cap America in 2019, Pinkley has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's market development strategies, initially as market development manager and subsequently as director of administration.

Under his stewardship as director of compliance, the company has made progress in regulatory compliance, ESG standardization and transparent reporting.
