Hit Promotional Products (PPAI 113910, S13) has announced several changes to its executive team and leadership. The St. Petersburg, Florida-based supplier has promoted Doug Donnell to chief operating officer, Rishiraj Mukherjee to chief information officer, Julieanne Schmidt to vice president of human resources and Nathan Cotter to vice president of supply chain.

Donnell previously served as the company’s vice president of supply chain and brings 17 years of experience in the promotional products industry to the role. His background includes work in tradeshow management, sales, purchasing, product safety and compliance, product development and supply chain management.

Previously Hit’s vice president of information technology, Mukherjee’s promotion recognizes nine years of progressive IT experience and seven years of industry experience. He currently serves on the PPAI tech committee.

Schmidt previously held the role of director of human resources. As a 22‐year industry veteran, she brings significant knowledge in benefits, payroll, workplace safety and HR to her new role, and her career includes experience in acquisitions and reducing turnover during periods of extreme growth and market challenges, and the implementation and oversight of employee safety, benefit compliance and social accountability programs.

Cotter has worked at Hit for more than seven years, serving as a compliance coordinator, compliance manager and most recently vice president of compliance. He is responsible for product safety, regulatory compliance, and social responsibility throughout the supply chain. He is also currently a member of PPAI’s Product Responsibility Action Group.

The company has also promoted Steven Lynch to director of quality and compliance, Grafton Meadows to director of inventory management and Andy Shoneck to director of logistics.
