Supplier alphabroder (PPAI 156993, D16) has reported to PPB Newslink that it has completely recovered from the malware attack on its order processing and shipping platform that occurred on Monday. The Trevose, Pennsylvania, supplier confirmed the good news in a statement this afternoon and said: “We have no evidence that any customer data or account information was compromised or accessed by this malware.”

alphabroder and its IT staff worked with a forensics company to remedy the situation. As of today, all order and shipping methods are up and running at 100 percent. The company is reporting a backlog of FedEx and USPS orders but says it will work through this over the next few days.

The supplier’s statement also acknowledged its customers’ patience this week: “The alphabroder team would like to thank you all for your support and understanding during this time—it says a lot about the resilience, integrity and character of our industry and makes us more committed and eager than ever to help grow your business.”
