AIM Smarter, LLC (PPAI 230461) recently hosted its inaugural Peer2Peer event at the Loews Hotel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The event drew top AIM distributor members from across the country along with select AIM supplier partners to collaborate, network and inspire. The multi-tier forum was designed for maximum impact, giving distributor members and supplier partners an arena to talk shop, share successes and be inspired to innovate and grow.

“I am so thrilled we could bring our community together for what will be the first of many Peer2Peer events,” says Nichole Stella, CEO of AIM. “Our goal was to provide an innovative and collaborative forum where our partners and our members could shine on center stage. Paired with business strategists, thought leaders and a truly inspirational keynote, the Peer2Peer event was an overwhelming success. In the coming weeks, content from the event will be made available to the entire AIM community across the country.”

Attendee Donna LoPinto, owner of distributor Print This! Inc., says, “AIM is a special and unique family of distributors. The camaraderie is unlike any I’ve experienced in our industry. The meeting was a terrific experience, bringing so many members from almost every corner of the map. I truly enjoyed meeting such a wonderful cross section. The suppliers were equally awesome. Everyone displayed a positive and supportive attitude. The atmosphere was filled with a sense of collaboration and helpfulness.”

Jon Dorenbos, former Philadelphia Eagle, author and America’s Got Talent star gave the event’s keynote, focusing on resilience and teamwork, and inspiring the AIM community to embrace positivity and change.

“Our first AIM Peer2Peer event to bring our top suppliers and members together was a huge success. From the strengthening of relationships to networking with key contacts to growing business together, the event was beneficial to all,” says Cathy Cummings, AIM’s head of supplier relations.

Kellyanne Messick, national account manager at supplier Hit Promotional Products, says, “This event was wonderful. It was in my backyard, but there were so many people from all around the country. There was fantastic content and motivational speakers like Jon Dorenbos, who was amazing. The attitude from everyone was very positive, very proactive and had great energy. I attend a lot of these [types] of events and this was incredibly well-executed.”

Jamie Coggeshall, president of AIM, adds, “We are excited to be able to create a shared think-tank environment, which encourages thought leadership and growth through expanded services, content and events. It’s a rarity for an event like this to be as informative and fun as Peer2Peer was for our members and partners.”

AIM Smarter, LLC intends to produce a follow-up event in 2020 that will continue the conversation.
