Q: How are you differentiating your company as a top employer in today’s crowded marketplace?

“The most important thing I have done is surrounded myself with an excellent management team. They do not allow us to rest on our laurels or to coast.  They keep pushing to move forward and be proactive rather than reactive. We have bi-monthly management meetings and I will say they are open and frank. All aspects of the business are shared with the management team. The management team and the sales and support team are encouraged to attend national shows. The PPAI Expo is a must and the PPAI Women’s Leadership Conference has been an extremely positive industry showcase for our team. 

“The management and sales and support teams are also encouraged to further their industry knowledge through education and all team members have their CAS or MAS designation with PPAI and they are all product safety certified. 

“I mentioned it is important to surround yourself with good, motivated people, and in addition to our team, we became a partner with the Facilisgroup several years ago.
