Q: Over the past year, what extra actions have you taken to strengthen your company’s culture and keep employees engaged, motivated and happy at work?

“It has been a challenge keeping our company culture strong when most were working remote. The other cultural challenge has been hiring and onboarding new employees who have never been in the office. We made a conscious effort to do group activities virtually, such as a holiday Zoom cookie decorating party, trivia nights, birthday celebrations and more. It was a great way to interact and get to know everyone. I feel as a company we grew stronger during COVID. We implemented new workflow tools, our employees were flexible and willing to learn, and we are more efficient with our time. I am excited to get everyone back into the office soon.”
