Q: Over the past year, what extra actions have you taken to strengthen your company’s culture and keep employees engaged, motivated and happy at work?

“In this incredibly time, keeping up the morale and motivation among all employees was of paramount importance to us. Zoom happy hours were a wonderful way to stay connected, discuss our loves outside of work and take a moment to just laugh together. We also organized several virtual game days which featured questions based on today’s pop culture, as well as the history of Creative Solutions. Furthermore, since we could not be in the office to celebrate birthdays in our usual festive way, we would share thoughts about the birthday girl or boy via email-it was a touching way to still feel loved, even if from afar. Finally, we celebrated the talent, drive and passion of our team members for Employee Appreciation Day—with a special delivery straight to each employees’ door. We tried to really share the love and appreciation for each and every team member virtually without losing that special touch-together, we were able to grow closer as a family and really support and uplift each other.
