“Not sure if it was the whiskey, the team Converse or the morning 9 to 5 sing-along. Either way I think a big part of it is knowing we are all in this together. I try to keep my team well informed. We celebrate the wins and learn from the losses. Sometimes good, sometimes bad, but either way we are all in this together and we are all improving.”
