Q: How are you differentiating your company as a top employer in today’s crowded marketplace?

“We invest in the next generation of leaders by providing hands-on mentoring, holding regular career path discussions (we don’t believe in reviews), investing in outside consultants to help with growth areas (ADD, leadership path, marketplace chaplains, sales training, etc…) and even incubating new ‘daughter’ companies in related fields by forming joint partnerships. We share our financials with everyone on our team on a monthly basis. Qualified employees are able to share in our profit-sharing plan and are expected to offer suggestions to reduce costs or increase margin. We are a results-driven company with a generous heart. Our culture fosters profitable growth while having fun. We want everyone (suppliers, employees, owners, customers, community) to benefit from their relationship with us. We strive to be known for innovation, integrity and value for the money spent. Our mission and values run through our veins—not some dusty plaque on a wall.
